grapes, a corn thin and soem dried fruit and cashews
2 slices of toast with vegemite, 3 corn thins and a tiny bit of leftover bean salad
1/2 cup of leftover soup, 1/4 cup of leftover risotto, 2 slices toast and banana with muesli and yoghurt. (after my migraine, I felt like I needed something in my stomach)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
