B/F - 2 wholemeal crumpets with a skim of low fat peanut butter on each of them x2 coffees with skim milk

M/T - Mintabolism bar, 10 green grapes

L - soy and linseed bran w/skim milk, yogurt and LSA

A/T - 2 apples

D - 2 soy sausages with 1 cup of steamed veggies and a serving of salad

2.5ltrs of water, 250mls of sugar free lemonade, a cup of lemon tea
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Breakfast: protein shake with kim milk, yoghurt, raspberries.

Snack: peanut butter, gluten free bread.

Snack: ricotta, tzaeki, carrot.

Snack: choc mousse, 10 almonds, raspberries

Snack: peanut butter on gluten free bread.

Snack: hot chocolate.
