B/F - 1 wholemeal crumpet with 10 grams low fat peanut butter. 45 grams soy and linseed bran with 100mls skim milk, 1/4 cup yoghurt and LSA.

M/T - an apple

L - Tuna w/salad and low fat cheese

A/T - slim secrets BB bar

D - heart smart beef mince w/ a cup of veggies and low fat beef strognaoff sauce + 100 grams hokien noodles.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Breakfast: weetbix, skim milk, almonds, hot choc

Snack: almonds 30, green tea, plain crackers.

Meal: sandwhich with lettuce, cheese, chicken.

Snack: hot choc, vanilla mousse, raspberries.
