Breakfast : 2 weetbix, skim milk, almonds, hot choc

Snack: nuts, raspberries, peach

Snack: peanut butter, gluten free bread

Meal: pasta with low fat ricotta, chilli, cheese, 4 bean mix, broccholi.

Snack: hot chocolate, nuts.
