Early morning - small serve of bran
Breakfast - Optislim shake
Snack - home made protein bar
Lunch - Optislim shake
Snack - almonds, a few sultanas & a heap of raw veg sticks
Before gym tonight - small serve of capsicum/cauli soup
Dinner - savoury tofu w. steamed veg, diet jelly & jarrah chocolatte

And that's it. I've had a major blowout the last four days... so I have only three days left to redeem myself before the dreaded weigh in on Saturday. I have no right to expect a loss!!! :roll:

I avoided biscuits at this monring's meeting, and pizza (pizza :shock: ) at this afternoon's - woo hoo. (Wasn't that hard actually, butI have to feel good about something lol)

On arising: aloe/ minerals/ 2 glasses water

Breakfast: weetbix with almonds

Snack: hot choc, strawberries, blueberries.

Meal: Bread roll with a few chippies (i counted them in), mustard, glass wine.

Snack: almonds, strawberries.

Snack: broccholi, carrots, tzaeki.
