On arising: aloe vera/ water

Breakfast: weetbix, almonds, ginger, green tea.

Snack: green tea, almonds, crackers

Meal: 2 wholemeal bread, peanut butter, green tea.

Snack: cuppa soup with 1 piece of bread wholemeal, green tea.

Meal: egg, cheese, corn, chilli.

Snack: half a protein bar, creme caramel low cals.

Breakfast: Special K with low fat milk

Lunch: White rice with okra in a tomato base

Dinner: Grilled eggplant and zucchini, 2 tablespoons natural yogurt, salad, 20 gm smoked salmon, OJ

Oh, and I had a cup of tea :D
Had my baby girl Leah on 13/12/10!

Weight at 40 weeks: 81.5kg
SW 4 days post-baby: 74.4kg
CW: 67kg

1st mini goal: 72kg - DONE!
2nd mini goal: 70kg - DONE!
3rd mini goal: 67kg - DONE!

4th mini goal: 64kg

B/F - a banana, 10 raw nuts (almonds and cashews) 1 large choc brownie :oops:

L - low fat chicken cheese and salad sandwhich on high fibre wholemeal bread

A/T - slim secrets binge buster bar

D - egg white omlette with WW bacon, lf cheese, tomatoe, a soy sausage and a cup of steamed veggies.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
