B/F - Wholemeal english muffin with 10grams LF peanut butter, 45 grams of soy and linseed bran with skim milk, 1/2 serving of LF yoghurt and LSA

M/T - an apple

L - salad with LF chicken and cheese

A/T - SS mintabolism bar

D - Steak with LF pepper sauce and 2 cups of steamed veggies

Desert - 1 boost juice frozen berry boost bar + a lime tea.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
