Breakfast: 2 weetbix, skim milk, blueberries, almonds

Snack: nutrigrain bar, hot chocolate, strawberries.

Snack: protein bar, almonds, slices of capsicum and carrots.

Meal: dory fish, greek salad, 8 chips.

Snack: chocoate mousse, blueberries, half a protien bar.
