This was my detox/strict day after my massive binge yesterday!

B/F - a mango, lemon tea and a low carb protein shake with water instead of milk

M/T - 10-15 raw mixed nuts and a banana

L - salad with some raw veggies

A/T - an apple and the same protein shake as above

D - 2 soy sausages and 2 cups of steamed veggies with BBQ sauce

Lime tea

I may do the same tomorrow then get back to my normal eating...we'll see!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

hey fiona, sounds like a great day. are you vegetarian? :D

breakfast:
2 red apples (couldn't be stuffed cooking the porridge, frankly)

snack:
3 large stalks of celery with sundried tomato hummus

lunch:
tomato, beetroot and mixed bean salad

snack:
glass of soymilk,
handful of mixed nuts (pistachio, walnut, almond),
3 cherry tomatoes from my garden

dinner :
bowl of veggie soup (tomato base, cabbage, kumara, potato, carrot, broccoli, mixed beans, garlic, celery, onion),
small pita round pizza, tomato sauce, slice soy-cheese, garlic, few olives

Oat flakes with bran and milk

MT
Museli Bar
Banana

Lunch
Double cut roll - small section with ham and l/f cheese
other section - turkey, craberry, avocado, l/f cheese and lettuce
Apple

AT
Nectarine

Lemonade icy pole after the gym (to cool down!)

Dinner
Salad - lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, mushrooms, fat free caesar dressing

L/F Icecram...oops!

And I wonder how I'm not losing weight!
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

Nope, not a vego! I used to be though, for 3 years.
