B/F - Soy and linseed bran w/skim milk, LF yoghurt, strawberries and LSA - coffee no sugar skim milk

M/T - SS Mintabolism bar

L - 100 calorie bread wrap with lf cheese, chicken meat and salad + a small atkins chocolate

A/T - 7 large rice crackers with low fat philli dip + a choc protein shake

D - Will bee 100 gram free range chicken breast baked and stuffed with WW bacon, low fat salami, low fat cheese, mushrooms in a low fat sauce with a cup of steamed veggies.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

sounds yummy :)

breakfast:
2 gluten free buckwheat pancakes with maple syrup

lunch:
bowl of veggie soup
small toasted pita round with pumpkin/basil dip, beetroot, olives and onion

snack:
two sushi rolls with sundried tomato hummus and braggs (weird but nummy)

dinner:
bowl of red lentil soup
