B/F - bowl of soy & linseed bran w/skim milk, 1/2 serve low fat yoghurt and LSA. Coffee skim milk no sugar

M/T - Slim secrets morning rev up bar

L - White egg omlette (3 egg whites) with WW bacon, low fat cheese, tomato, mushrooms salt, pepper & bbq sauce. 1 soy bbq sausage.

A/T - 1 grapefruit

D - Tiger prawn stir fry with hokein noodles, veggies and a thai green curry sauce - a bit hot but SO yummy! 1 glass of zero coke.

2.5ltrs water + 2 lime teas.

Total calories - 1326
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
