Breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries

snack
grapes

lunch
toast with dahl, 3 corn thins

snack
dried fruit and nuts

Dinner
peanut butter sandwich and a bowl of strawberries and grapes with yoghurt (no fat)

The bloke is away and I couldn't be bothered cooking :oops:
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
