Pre martial arts class - slim secrets morning rev up bar

afterwards - B/F - 130 grams low fat yogurt with peaches and LSA, skinny chino no sugar

L - low fat chicken meat + cheese and salad sandwhich with 97% fat free mayo on wholemeal grain bread

A/T - Protein shake with skim milk and 20mls each of lite choc+caramel cottees topping

D - Will be 150grams of grilled, lean, blade steak with 2-3 cups of veggies, either LF gravy or BBQ sauce

Water intake will easily be 2.5ltrs, 1 lemon tea, 1 lime tea.

Total calories 1307
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Roast Chicken 6 inch Subway
Coke Zero


Fish in batter
Mixed salad
Peas and Beans


Carb Lite Protein Shake.

12 glasses of water.

1115 cals

Will have a dairy snack and probably some fruit later.
