muesli with strawberries

carrot sticks and grapes

2 slices toast and 4 corn thins with vegemite

dried fruit and nuts

3 slices of bread with peanut butter corn and promite (not all together). and a cup of hot cocoa with some frangelico added...Just the thing for a cold windy snowy Friday night
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
