Breakfast
muesli with hot milk and strawberries

snack
hot cross bun from work (although i didn't work today due tot he weather)

lunch
2 pieces bread with peanut butter and promite

snack
3 pieces bread with peanut butter :oops: I always feel like eating when it's cold!!

dinner
I will make vegetable soup for dinner which should compensate for the afternoon snack overdose.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
