muesli with banana and strawberries

vegie soup.

might do some mountain bread chips

probably another round of vegie soup :roll:

and I was hungry and cold a bit after dinner so I had a mug of hot milk and mueslie. :oops:
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
