Yeah, I am a bit nervous about the Easter break as well. People are always pressuring you to eat till you drop.
It will be a challenge.
Good Luck Sarah...
You are doing great!
Also very interesting about the cable tie.

Last night was my second night back at home after being away. I'm so tired at the moment that I'm not waking up at all during the night. Last night, I tied up my pantry with string, then realised that the cable ties were actually inside the pantry. Was too lazy to unite it all, plus my scissors were still in my suitcase!

I think tiredness and headacheness are impacting a bit at the moment... all I want to do is eat, specifically, chocolate!!! Anything chocolatey! Apart from actual chocolate because I don't want the sugar lol...

Thursday 20 March

I'm stretching my brain to remember. I went shopping that night, and I made a batch of protein bars, so I'll have it as a guess:

Low carb icecream, 1 serve
about a tablespoon of almond spread
and maybe a protein bar :?
nothing overnight though :)

Friday 21 March

Okay, again nothing overnight, but before bed I think I ate....

1 protein delite bar
a couple of small chocolate easter eggs
raw veggie sticks (big fizz lol)

Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 March

Both nights, I got stuck into the bran plus with sultanas. A fair quantity too  Could have been a lot worse though!

Monday 24 March

Before bed - one tuna pouch, which I ate on purpose to try and fill me up. But, it didn't work!!!!!
About 1am - A small bowl of bran with a couple of teaspoons of protein powder, plus a couple of brazil nuts.

Ok, not devastatingly bad, but I'm realllly disappointed with myself because I actually went back to my bedroom, got my scissors and cut off the ties from the pantry and the fridge

Slowly sliding off the side of the wagon here, just gripping on with my fingernails!!!!

 I am at a complete loss at what to say!! No idea what to recommend...!!

I think it must be catchy though....my partner has been getting up in the middle of the night to have a snack (mostly the turkey I buy for our lunches...?!). The LAST thing I want to do in the middle of the night (or first thing in the morning for that matter) is eat so I have no idea!!

Thanks Ali. Don't worry, I think all that can be recommended has been recommeded already! This is my last chance, it's the last thing I can think of to do, so I'm determined to make it work!! It has been working pretty well overall, just the occasional slip up...

I am pleased to report that, last night I ate...

Nothing :D

But then I didn't wake up during the night so there wasn't an opportunity. But WHO CARES, I'll take the credit anyway!!! 8)

Good isn't it! Only thing is that, to get that uninterrupted sleep, I didn't go to bed till 11pm, which is really not all that great...

Did the same last night, but before going to bed, at about 10:30pm I gave in to the horrible, horrible cravings that I had all day and I dug into a...

whole HPLC BAR

God, I'm soooooo angry at myself!!!!!!

And it's starting to show up on the scales as well, 51.0kg this morning. I cried, really I did

OMG you guys are going to LOVE this one!!!!!!!!

So, I woke up last night as per usual, went to my fridge, which was unlocked (my fault!!!), got a protein bar and took it back to my bed and ate it.

This morning, I'm in my bedroom getting dressed for work, and I notice something small and brown on the floor next to my bed. I think... s*&# the cat's done a job on the carpet!! It was about the size of one of her droppings. So, very cautiously I picked it up... and it had teeth marks in it. I thought, surely not!!! But yes, it was! A morsel of the protein bar I was eating during the night.

I FELL ASLEEP WHILE I WAS EATING!!!!!!

Nothing to be proud of I know, but
