I'm stretching my brain to remember. I went shopping that night, and I made a batch of protein bars, so I'll have it as a guess:Low carb icecream, 1 serve
about a tablespoon of almond spread
and maybe a protein bar
nothing overnight though Friday 21 March
Okay, again nothing overnight, but before bed I think I ate....1 protein delite bar
a couple of small chocolate easter eggs
raw veggie sticks (big fizz lol)Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 March
Both nights, I got stuck into the bran plus with sultanas

Before bed - one tuna pouch
, which I ate on purpose to try and fill me up. But, it didn't work!!!!!
About 1am - A small bowl of bran with a couple of teaspoons of protein powder, plus a couple of brazil nuts
Ok, not devastatingly bad, but I'm realllly disappointed with myself because I actually went back to my bedroom, got my scissors and cut off the ties from the pantry and the fridge
Slowly sliding off the side of the wagon here, just gripping on with my fingernails!!!!
