:( :( :( Maybe you need to stop making protein bars for a while!!!!!

I also had a question about those protein bars - can you just use protein powder instead of the whey isolate stuff if you don't have it??? :)

GOOD LUCK for tonight!!

Thanks, I need all the luck I can get!!! I'm gonna give this diary a break from now till I get back from the Gold Coast (leaving tomorrow, back the 14th.... week-long Tony Robbin's seminar, plus a visit to my investment property in Morayfield, what fun!!)

I think with the protein bars, any type of powder would do, it's just the ratio of wet to dry ingredients that makes the difference. Different powders give different results, but just muck around with it till you find something that you like. (Just make sure it's not too delicious or you'll end up like me hahaha)

Hope the protein bars work out well for you :D

Ok, back to my public embarassment reporting lol...

Thanks :D Not sure if I did get my money's worth though, as I wasn't really well so I spent a lot of time away from the seminar. My room mate recorded the whole thing, so I'll be able to get the audio files from her and listen back, so there's one good thing at least.

Ok, more embarassment haha...

Wednesday 16 April

2am - A whole bran pancake (280cals) intended for the next day's breakky

Thursday 17th April

10pm - a large bowl of "no added sugar" icecream, 150cals
3am - teeny bowl of bran, about 50cals

Oh no, that's not good that you weren't well during the seminar :( :( Boo! Check out those audio files for sure!

Whoops to the pancake, ice cream and bran! But you ARE getting better! The bran is definitely better than the pancake!!

Thanks Em. I'm not really getting better though :( I don't know how it happened, but 840 cals seemed to go down my gullet at about midnight last night! I'm suffering for it today, just so sore and swollen it is gross!

Think I'll leave this food diary for a bit, I've been posting here for a while and it's not helping..... it's just getting embarassing
