A/T - 10 sakata wholegrain rice crackers with a tiny smear of low fat philli dip on each. 4 raw peanuts and 20 grams of pita chips
D - 1 1/2 flame grill I&G hake fish fillets in garlic and parmessan sauce with salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot and onion. Diet lime jelly.
Total calories - 1301. 160 grams carbs - overdid that by a far whack
