Breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries and banana
lunch
2 slices of toast with vegemite
snack
grapes and dried fruit and nuts
dinner
will be baked and steamed vegies - which were sooooo good. Just what I needed. Although a bit of protein wouldn't go astray.
