3 vitabrits with strawberries and banana

2 slices of toast with vegemite

grapes and dried fruit and nuts

will be baked and steamed vegies - which were sooooo good. Just what I needed. Although a bit of protein wouldn't go astray.

Bfast... Shake

Lunch... tin of WW tuna, 2 tomatoes, half red onion, lettuce, capsicum, s&p

Dinner... 150grams of chicken breast with vegies and warm tomato soup over the top

Breakfast : Toasted scroll with feta and spinach.
Lunch : Salad with avacado, asparagus, feta, basil, tomato & onion & a youghurt.
Dinner : Shark with the same salad as above.
