Ok so yesterday wasn't a good day for food but it wasn't bad either.

B/F: 1 slice of 10 grain bread with lite peanut butter.
Lunch: I slice of McCain pizza slice, topped with extra mushroom, tomato, capsicum and onion
Dinner: 1 chicken pasta lean Quisine

Snacks: Apple
Drink: 2.5 litres water, 1 600ml coke zero, 2 skim milk coffee's.

Here is todays menu

Just a run down of todays menu.

B/fast: Uncle tobys PLUS with skim milk 3.5

Lunch: Home made corn chips (mountain bread with garlic and herbs) with salsa, avocado and cheese 5

Dinner: Rib eye steak, pumpkin and herb bake with steamed vegis 11

Snacks: Watermelon 1
Banana 1.5

Total for today: 22 of 22 allowed

Ok so Sundays food went like this

B/FAST: Cereal with skim milk

Lunch: egg, 1 rasher of bacon, 1/2 small tin of baked beans, tomato, onion, mushrooms

Dinner: Satay chicken wrap

Snacks: 2 red wines
1 Coffee
1 Banana


Heaps of water
I went for an hour long walk last night, it was great. I have decided I will do this the nights I am not working :D

Yesterday for dinner I ended up having rice crackers and lite cheese. Amazingly it keep me fuller for longer. I then had a small box of smarties for dessert...


Todays food


B/fast: Cereal with skim milk

Lunch: satay chicken wrap

Dinner: 2 chicken kebabs (the ones on the stick)

Snacks were: 1 serve of grapes
2 ww cookies
1 banana
1 coffee
1 gourmet coffee...

All in all a good day. Now I have 2 nights off work I can incorporate more vegies into my evening meal :D

Oh I havent been in in a while..

Wednesday was

Lite Peanut butter on toast for brekky

A satay chicken wrap for lunch

Baked fish with steamed vegis and low fat cheese sauce

Snacks were 1 goumet coffee, 1 reg coffee, 2 ww cookies and 1 ww ginger kiss and an apple


Thursday was

Lite peanut butter on toast

Lunch was a salmon sushi roll

Dinner was a montain bread burrito with salad and dressing

Snacks were 2 ww cookies and a serve of grapes


Friday was

Cereal and skim milk for brekky

Ceasar chicken wrap and low fat banana smoothie for lunch

Dinner was a mountain bread pizza wrap

snacks were some grapes and small amount of low fat beef jerky. 4 hahn super dry beers (lower carbs than pure blondes ;))


Saturday was

1.5eggs scambled on a slice of toast

Lunch was a mountain bread pizza wrap

Dinner was a chicken linguine lean quisine

Snack were and apple, a serve of grapes and a reg coffee :D

Food for Sunday

B/fast: was 1 egg and 2 rashers of lean bacon wrapped in mountain bread. A side serve of grilled mushrooms/tomato/onion and half a cup of baked beans

Lunch: was a satay chicken wrap

Dinner: was a bowl of garlic stirfry prawns with thin rice noodles

Snack: was Grapes

Fluid: About 3 or so litres

Exercise: 8klm walk last night IT WAS AWESOME.. 1hour 40 mins...

Lite PB on toast for b/fast

Lunch was left over garlic prawn stirfry

Dinner will be 1 low fat sausage, potatoes mashed in there own juice, steamed broc and cauli with low fat cheese sauce

Snacks (so far) 1 banana and 1 large bunch of grapes

Fluid 4 600ml bottles of water...

Tuesdays food

B/fast: Cereak with skim milk

Lunch: Mountain bread wrap (oat) shaved ww chicken meat, slice low fat cheese, avo and ceasar dressing

Dinner: 6 kfc nuggets, small pot and gravy 2 PIECES OF PIZZA :evil:

Snacks: Coffee, grapes and banana

Yesterdays food looked like this
B/fast:
Uncle tobys oats made with skim milk and topped with banana
Snack: Small handful of corn snacks (sakata)
2 ww biscuits & coffee
Lunch: Small bowl of h/made vegi soup
Dinner: Chicken breast pattie with ww sour cream and sweet chilli sauce, huge side salad.

And that was about it. Nothing exciting in there.

An update on food. Starting from the 4th of may.

Todays food:

1/2 Small slice of birthday cake (4)
2 coffees (2.5)
BLT on soy and linseed (7)

Just want to compare my measurements:

3/1/08
Weight 98 (was actually 99.6)
Waist is : 99cms
Hips are: 121cms
Thigh is: 73cms


31/3/08
Weight: 83.2
Waist: 88cms
Hips: 111cms
Thighs: 64cms

5/5/08
Weight: 79.7
Waist: 83cms
Hips: 111cms
Thighs: 63cms


Pretty happy with that

I did 1 hour of power walking last night. It was 6.5 klms and it was kid free. I loved it. I took a new way yesterday so I am going to try it again today. I cant wait... I like my quiet time.


Todays food:
2 pieces soy and linseed with lite margarine and vegemite (5)
Coffee (.5)
Banana (2)
Banana bread with honey (4)
Yoghurt (1.5)
Coffee (.5)
Apple (1.5)
No crust chicken pie topped with mashed sweet potato and steamed vegis (6)

Dont think I will go for a walk but will ride for half hour tonight.

40 minute walk.



A loss of 900grams I dont know but I am a little disappointed, maybe I was hoping for more because I didnt lose last week. Oh well, body fat % is down to 29.9% so happy with that and it was about 37% when I started. Bmi is 28.9.

Tonight is treat night and I have been really hanging for a serve of hot chips and bbq chicken.. Yum Yum Cant wait.


Ok so food and exercise look like this today

Breakfast:
Oats with skim milk, 1/2 banana and brown sugar (4.5)

Snack:
2 pieces of snack right slice (2)
Coffee (1)

Lunch:
Stirfry vegies with a few spoons of rice (DH ate all but a few grains..lol) (3)

Snack:
Apple and yoghurt (3)

Dinner: BBQ and chips ( norty food) (heaps of points lol)

Exercise. 1 hour walk when dh gets home. Roughly 6.7 klms long. I cant wait.


Well exercise is scrapped because dh only just got home and its dark :(

Ok so better jot down some food.

Today was:

Wholemeal toast with vegemite and lite marg

Wholemeal banana muffin with coffee & skim milk

Banana

Carrot and celery sticks
Half a dozen rice crackers
Small handful of dried fruit and nuts

Italian pork meatball soup with a few pieces of pasta.

No idea of how many points(ww) I have used today
