Well so far I've eaten
A small tin of salmon with mayo 147 + 40 Cal = 187 Cal
Half a can of Chicken soup - Now a fully eaten can of soup 280 Cal
And some pretzels and vegemite 80 + 40 Cal = 120 CalTotal 587 Cal
*is horrified* I shall now eat a midgety dinner, starting this diet and then looking back at what I ate all before lunch.
I SO am changing diet, no wonder I gained weight in the past two years
