B/F - A mix of soy and linseed bran and uncle tobys oat crisp cereal with yoplait no fat cheescake yoghurt and LSA. Coffee no sugar, skim milk.

L - ham, cheese (low fat) and salad sandwich with avocado on noble rise wholemeal bread

A/T - slim secrets mintabolism bar a few hours later (pre dinner) 20 grams pita chips and a serve of 80% fat free philli dip

D - 1 1/2 flame grill flake fish fillets with salad and a serve of WW chips

Total cals - 1250

Water intake - 3ltrs
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
