B/F - egg white omlette with ham, low fat cheese, tomato and some mustard. Coffee no sugar skim milk

M/T - slim right bar and 1 piece of bread with a skim of light peanut butter

L - Large salad with homemade low cal sauce, low fat cheese and ham, 1 slim secrets binge buster bar

A/T - fat free, low cal yoghurt

D - big bowl of steamed veggies with 1/2 serve low carb pasta, low fat cheese and low cal pasta sauce

Water intake - 2ltrs

Total cals - 1320
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
