B/F - Special K w/LSA and yoplait fat free yoghurt, coffee no sugar skim milk

M/T - 2 salt and vinegar rice cakes and a packet of small fudge cookies (140cal) 1 sugar free V drink

L - slim secrets mintabolism boost bar, 1 stick of cadbury 99 calorie chocolate (this was going to be a/t but I was running late)

A/T - natures way protein shake with low cal chocolate topping and 250mls of skim milk

Pre dinner - atkins edulge 30gram bar

D - 1 bowl of chicken, noodle, lentil and veggie soup

Total calories - 1350

Water intake - 3ltrs
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
