B/F - Soy and linseed bran with apple pie fat free yoplait yoghurt

M/T - a small banana, 10 raw cashews and 1 strawberry freddo frog

L - Toasted mountain bread wrap with lettuce, low fat ham, low fat cheese, tomato, cucumber and onion with low fat mayo and low calorie sweet chilli sauce. 2 salt and vinegar rice cakes

A/T - 1 light and creamy vanilla ice-cream bar with low cal choc topping and a teaspoon of crushed peanuts. 2 salt and vinegar rice cakes.

D - Chicken Parmigiana. 150 grams grilled chicken breast topped with low fat/carb parm sauce, low fat cheese, mushrooms and steamed veggies.

Total cals - 1320

3.5ltrs water
2 black coffees - no sugar
1 sugar free V (250mls)
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
