B/F - half serve of bran, half serve toasted muesli with yoplait fat free cheescake yoghurt. Coffee no sugar skim milk

M/T - a small apple and a mintabolism SS bar

L - low fat ham, cheese and salad sandwhich on W&S burgen bread

A/T - banana and walnut friand with a skinny cap, no sugar

D - prawn and veggie curry stir fry with 1 serve brown rice and 1 rye mountain bread wrap - I was STARVING!!!

Beverages

2.5ltrs water
1 sugar free V

Total calories - 1600 (damn glad I burnt 500 of those off!)
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
