B/F - Toasted muesli w/yoplait fat free vanilla yoghurt. Coffee, no sugar skim milk

M/T - Protein bar and a small apple

L - Turkey, low fat cheese and salad sandwich on W&S burgen bread

A/T - a small banana and 10 raw cashews (unsalted)

Pre dinner - 2 buckwheat rice cakes with a skim of 80% fat free philli spread

D - 150grams grilled fish pasted with garlic, basil and sweet chilli sauce, 2 cups of salads - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot, onion and avocado


3ltrs water
250mls sugar free V energy drink
200mls zero sprite
herbal tea

Total calories - 1410
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
