Breakfast: 1/2 cup hot chocolate drink, 1 scotch finger biscuit
Lunch: 1 pork chop and small serve of brown rice.
Dinner: 1 small beef spahetti (1/3 my normal serving as I am a spaghetti lover)
Snack: 2 oranges, 1/2 nectarine
Drank 2 litres of water, 0.5 litre of jasmine green tea.
