Breakfast: 1 soy-linseed toast with butter
Lunch: 1 pork chop, brown rice and lemon juice.
Snack: 1 hot chocolate drink, 1 scotch finger biscuit
Dinner: small beef spaghetti (1/3 my normal serving size)
Snack: 1 orange
Drank 3 litres of water, some green tea. Took 1 fish oil tablet.
Since I was exercising on mon, my stomach made a loud noise when I lied down before going to bed.
