Breakfast: 1 cup of hot chocolate drink, 1 scotch finger biscuit
Lunch: small beef spaghetti with green beans
Dinner: 2 spoons of beef spaghetti
Snack: 1/4 cup of hot chocolate drink, 1 scotch finger biscuit

Drank 3 litres of water, took 1 aspro clear for my period, 1 fish oil tablet.
