Breakfast:
Sustain cereal with lite-milk.
I was going to use full cream milk but thought if I used lite-milk, I could put down that I was using lite-milk in the webiste. Hee.. :P

Lunch:
1 pork chop, green beans and some brown rice.

Snack:
1 orange, 1 hot-chocolate drink, 1 scotch finger biscuit

Dinner:
1 pork chop and instant noodle, no sachet.

Drank:
3 litres of water. Took 1 fish oil tablet.

Lying down a lot to try to get rid of the pounding headache from the period.
