Breakfast - 1 cup light'nTasty cereal 1/2 skim milk, 1/2 cup pineapple & coconut juice.
Morning Tea - 6 small carrot sticks, small handful of grapes.
Lunch - Lean Cuisine Thai Rice.
Afternoon Tea - 2 wholegrain crispbread with tomatoe.
Dinner - Salad with small amout of lean sandwich meat.
2-3ltrs of water.

Yesterday: Breakfast - 1/2 cup light'nTasty cereal over 1/2 cup apple & 1/2 cup rockmelon and half a banana.
Morning Tea - 2 wholegrain crispbread with vegemite.
Lunch - Leftover potato bake very small serve :?
Afternoon Tea - piece of fruit
Dinner - Bad night had 2 thin slices of pizza
2-3ltrs of water & too many bourbons :(
The day was a bit of a blow out but I did my calorie count and was under 1800 so it wasn't too bad. Trying to stay around 1500.

Today:
Breakfast: Bowl fruit salad & cup fruit juice.
Morning Tea: missed.
Lunch: Chicken & salad sandwich and 2 bread sticks.
Afternoon Tea: 2 wholegrain crispbread with vegemite.
Dinner: 2 Beef & Veg Shish Kebabs, Asian salad.
Water 2-3ltrs.

Loving Calorie King, great way to help see if I'm on track with my calories for the day :D And was to work out how bad my blow out was last night.

Breakfast: poached egg on small bed of baby spinach with 1 lean slice of bacon & 1/2 cooked tomato with cup of juice.
Morning Tea: missed coz had alittle sleep in and late brekky.
Lunch: 2 Shish kebabs and small baby spinach salad.
Afternoon Tea: Banana.
Dinner: Smokey chicken & wild rice soup, 1 slice of wholemeal bread.
Water: prob only 2lts today not as good as I've been.

Monday
Breakfast: 1 cup Light n Tasty cereal 1/2 cup Trim milk.
Morning Tea: 2 cups Popcorn.
Lunch: Garden Salad with Shaved Roast chicken, 2 bread sticks.
Afternoon Tea: 1/2 apple & 1/2 cup grapes.
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Creamy Salmon & Dill pasta, 1cup steam veg.
Supper: 2 slices of Rockmelon.
Drinks: 2 cans Diet Coke, 1 cup Tea (lf white with 1 sugar, raw).
Water: 2-3lts.

Breakfast: 2 Wholemeal Toast with Vegimite.
Morning Tea: 2 Slices of Rockmelon, 3 bread sticks.
Lunch: Healthy choice meal.
Afternoon Tea: Wholemeal Vitawheat with tomato.
Dinner: Beans, 2 Chicken Kebab & Chicken tandori piece.
Not the best day but calories were only just over.
Water definately could have been better today.

Breakfast: Rockmelon slices and kiwi fruit & 1 cup of vegetable juice.
Morning Tea: Rice crackers
Lunch: Vitawheat with chicken slices, tomato, jalapeno chillis & asparagus.
Afternoon Tea: Apple.
Dinner: Grilled Chicken, sml serve of cauliflower bake & veg.
Water: 2-3lts.

Total Calories: 1465

Breakfast: 2 slices of Wholegrain toast with 1 tsp margarine & Vegemite, 1 cup orange juice.
Morning Tea: 2 Slices of Rockmelon.
Lunch: Salad with chicken & ww ranch dressing.
Afternoon Tea: 2 bread sticks and diet yogurt.
Dinner: Sweet Thai Chilli Noodles with Chicken, carrot, capicum & onion.
Water: 2lts.
Total Calories: 1538.

Morning Tea: Vitawheat with tomato.
Lunch: 1/2 can Ham & Pea Soup with 3 bread sticks.
Afternoon Tea: Yogurt with 1 slice of rockmelon.
Dinner: Omelette.
Drinks: 3 Bourbons :roll: 3lts water.
Total Calories: 1549

Brekky - 2 Weet bix with 1/2 cup milk and pinch of raw sugar
Morning Tea - 3 rice cakes with tsp of grated light cheese, tomato slices & jalapeno chillis on each
Lunch - 1/2 can of ham & pea soup (yes leftovers from yesterday) and 2 slices of toasted bruschettina
Afternoon Tea - Apple
Dinner - Roast lamb 3 thin slices with 1 roast potato, 1/2 roast parsnip, 1 roast carrot & peas.
Drinks - 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup vegetable juice, 3ltrs water.
Total Calories: 1382.

Drinks: 1/2 cup orange juice, 2 cans of zero coke.
Water: 1.5ltrs (water not so good today) :(

Morning Tea: slice of Date loaf :(
Lunch: Ham & Salad sandwich with serve of peaches.
Afternoon Tea: 1 serve Vitawheet with tomato, chilli, light cheese.
Dinner: 2 Shisk Kebabs with 1 cup steamed vegs.
Drinks: 1 can zero coke, 1 glass orange juice.
Water: 2-3lts
Calories 1574.

Morning Tea: 3 light Salada with vegimite and tsp margarine.
Lunch: Sml bowl of spagetti with 1/2 spagetti sauce, 1 cheese & onion dinner roll.
Afternoon Tea: Apple.
Dinner: Beef & Vegetable Soup.
Drinks: 1 can coke zero, 1 cup of Vegetable juice.
Water: 2-3lts.
Calories: 1539

Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast with vegemite (white bread not good I know, but was in a rush).
Morning Tea: 2 cups of homemade popcorn.
Lunch: Salad with chillies (yum) and vitawheet biscuits.
Afternoon Tea: Apple.
Dinner: Roast chicken (breast meat, no skin) with 1 piece of pumpkin, 1 piece of sweet potato & peas.
Drinks: 2 cans coke zero, 2 cans of cougar zero :(
Water: 2-3lts.
Calories: 1463

Drinks: Too many!
Water: 2lts
Calories: don't want to know but hopefully not too far over from my too many drinks :(
