Yesterday: Breakfast - 1/2 cup light'nTasty cereal over 1/2 cup apple & 1/2 cup rockmelon and half a banana.
Morning Tea - 2 wholegrain crispbread with vegemite.
Lunch - Leftover potato bake very small serve
Afternoon Tea - piece of fruit
Dinner - Bad night had 2 thin slices of pizza
2-3ltrs of water & too many bourbons
The day was a bit of a blow out but I did my calorie count and was under 1800 so it wasn't too bad. Trying to stay around 1500.
Breakfast: Bowl fruit salad & cup fruit juice.
Morning Tea: missed.
Lunch: Chicken & salad sandwich and 2 bread sticks.
Afternoon Tea: 2 wholegrain crispbread with vegemite.
Dinner: 2 Beef & Veg Shish Kebabs, Asian salad.
