Breakfast: Rockmelon & apple (yes I love rockmelon).
Morning Tea: 1 1/2 cup popcorn.
Lunch: Ham & Salad sandwich.
Afternoon Tea: missed late brekky, mt & lunch (had alittle sleep in) :)
Dinner: Chicken with Salad.
Drinks: coke zero.
Water: 2ltrs

Morning Tea: missed was out shopping.
Lunch: Salad
Afternoon Tea: Banana
Dinner: Silverside with Veg
Water: 2-3lts
Drink: can coke zero
Calories: 1478

Breakfast: Rockmelon, Grapes and Yogurt.
Morning Tea: Ryvita with tomato, light cheese and silverside.
Lunch: Cup of Soup with 4 bread sticks.
Afternoon Tea: sml bowl of special K with skim milk.
Dinner: Roast lamb and salad.
Drinks: Can coke zero.
Water: 2-3ltrs.
Calories: 1544

Breakfast: 1cup Special K mixed berries with 3/4 cup skim milk.
Morning Tea: 1 cup popcorn.
Lunch: Roast Lamb and sauce sandwich.
Afternoon Tea: 3 Ryvita with Tomato, light cheese and silverside.
Dinner: 2 slices of Pizza :shock: (friends over) 2 pieces of garlic bread
Drinks: 2 can coke zero
Water: 2-3lts
Calories: 1563

Lunch: 4 Ryvita biscuits with avacado, cucumber, tomato, asparagus & salmon.
Afternoon Tea: Banana.
Dinner: Not sure yet, probably Soup or Omelette.

Lunch: Malaysian Chicken & Rice in a Mountain bread wrap.
Afternoon Tea: 3 Ryvita with light cheese & salmon.
Dinner: 1 sml lean grilled lamb piece with salad.
Water: Not enough! But there's still abit of day left.

Lunch: Salad = 452
Afternoon Tea: 50g Pitos mountain bread chips = 170
Dinner: Omelette = 360
Drinks: 1 glass of Orange soft drink mineral springs, 1 glass of Coke zero = 192
Water: 2ltrs.
Total Calories: 1693

Morning Tea: 2 Ryvita with Pepperoni, light cheese & tomato = 280
Lunch: Ham, Cheese, Tomato, Onion, mustard sandwich = 329
Afternoon Tea: Mountain bread, 2 slices dry oven baked, turned into chips (no oil) with 1/4 cup salsa = 200
Dinner: Roast pork (2 slices) with side salad = 307
Water: 2ltrs
Drinks: can coke zero, 2 cans cougar & zero = 151
Calories = 1377

Morning Tea: 4 vitawheat with rocket, salmon, cucumber, radish & capsicum.
Lunch: Homemade Kebab with Mountain bread and Shaved chicken, 4 thin slices of pepperoni, 2 tbls parmesan, crushed garlic & salad inside.
Afternoon Tea: 50g pitos chips.
Dinner: 1 slice of Meatloaf with brocolli, beans & carrots.
Water: 2lts
Calories: 1553
