1 slice of soy-linseed toast with butter

1 pork chop, green beans and brown rice.

1/8 orange poppyseed muffin, just for taste

A little bit of beef, some pink salmon, brown rice. Fairly small portion.

1 orange

Drank 2.5 litres of water, 0.5 litre of green tea. Took 1 fish oil tablet. Took 2 aspro clear headache tablets.
Did an egg facial at home.
