Breakfast:
1/2 cup hot chocolate drink, 1 scotch finger biscuit

Lunch:
1 pork chop, green beans and brown rice.

Snack:
1 hot chocolate drink at the cafe

Dinner:
seafood marinara with some instant noodles <== Not too overboard, but should eat something more nutritious and more filling instead...

Drank 2 litres of water.

Very busy day at work and at home. Feeling a bit grumpy.
