2 chicken sausages, beef sausage, bread and salad, piece lemon poppy seed cake
chicken burger with salad
2 slices toast with tomato
roast vegetables, beef and turkey, piece of choc raspberry cake
rice salad, preserved peaches
weet bix, 1/2 hot cross bun
rice salad and a couple of chips from the bloke's lunch
pan fried blue eye trevalla with ginger soy and honey glaze with green and rice salad
some fruit and nuts
3 weetbix with strawberries and banana
2 slices rye toast with vegemite, fruit and nuts
3 corn thins
bean tacos with salad toppings.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
