Poached chicken, salad sandwich with mayonaise
3 fried eggs with white rice (rice amount 1/3 my normal size)
1/2 cup of hot chocolate drink
Drank 1.5 litres of water. Not drinking as much water as I normally would. Need to top that up. I am hoping to take the weight to below 53 kilos...
May be a challenge with Easter break coming up. Stay focused.... (saying that to myself...)
