Are you sure you're eating enough, mate?! It seems like a really little amount to eat... Do you track your calories with CalorieKing?

I do get a little hungry but usually if I eat more than that I get pretty full. I have more than enough energy for the day so I dont really see why I should uptake my eating.

What you havent seen yet is the "treat" that occasionally sneaks in

Friday 22nd

Breakfast:
Protein Shake
Tablespoon of Soya Beans

Lunch
1 Hot Cross Bun......whoops

Snack
20 almonds

Dinner
Seafood mix

I went easy because it was Good Friday and my mum taught me to be pretty conservative with food on the day but I'm feeling very guilty over my hot cross bun

I'm just curious, do you plan on eating like this forever?

Nope, once I hit 55 kg I'll probably start introducting carbs slowly into my diet to the point where I'll be able to have toast and cereal and pasta etc.

Im not even going to post what I ate yesterday for Easter because not even I can believe it.

I'm a little concerned you're not eating enough. Even with an occasional treat this seems extremely small amount of food intake. What about if you add some fruit or increase your veges?
Sorry if I sound rude I'm just a little concerned for you.

Hi almost :D

I'm the same for Good Friday - no meat and very conservative eating.

I agree with the others...are you sure you eat enough? You need to make sure you're eating balanced during the day - protein, carbs, fat, etc.

Also - do you get much exercise?

Hope you' had a lovely Easter :P

Sounds like she is on a low carb plan.

If you are on a low carb plan are you tracking carbs? If not are you tracking calories?

Maybe you should use calorie king to see how many cals you are eating.. it doesn't look like enough but you dont state portion sizes so it could be.

I am sort of in a low carb diet, but low carb in the sense that I dont eat bread, pasta or rice.

I eat PLENTY of vegetables and for both lunch and dinner my servings of vegetables are equal to the meat on my plate.

But you guys are right, I should eat more fruit to get some more fibre in my diet. I dont track my calories but I suspect they'd be high because I eat cheese, meat and nuts which arent the lowest in calories.

As for excercise, I go to the gym 6 days a week every morning and do 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Thanks for the feedback guys
