Tuesday 1st


Breakfast:
Protein Shake

Snack
1 Can of Sundried tomato Tuna

Lunch
Chicken Pesto Salad (Chicken, Avacado, Pesto, Walnuts, Feta & Lettuce)

Snack
1 low carbohydrate mint chocolate bar (25g)

Dinner
Crab marinated in tomato paste
Salad

i agree with everyone else, i think youde lose more weight if u upped your eating a bit
i did a quick work out of your cals for yesterday and it was under 1000cals so mayde add in some yoghurt and nuts after dinner? calorie king is an awesome site for helping u with your eating :) i use it every day

1000 calories? Hmm I take it thats not good. I thought it would be higher because I eat alot of cheese and meat. What does my dialy intake of calories have to be?

Also I find it hard to track my calories because I dont measure my portions and esepcially with the salads I eat, its impossible. But thanks for the input guys!


Wednesday

3 Celery sticks w/ cavier dip

Lunch
2 Chorizo sausages

Snack:
4 thin slice of shaved chicken w/ slice of cheese

DinnerCooked prawns
1 Eggplant filled with mince

3 Chicken Tenderloins w/ slice of cheese
1 Minced Eggplant

Dinner:
Beef & Vegetables Casserole

Snack:
2x Rochelle Chocolate balls :oops:

If you check out calorie kings website it asks you a bunch of questions (height, weight, what type of job etc) to get an idea of how much cals you should be having. 1000 cals is very very low. Check it out & see what it recommends for you.

Scrambled Eggs w/tomato & onion

Snack:
Tofu
2 celery

Lunch:
3 slices of stuffed pistrami (sp?)
1 chicken rissole

Snack:
Beancurd w/ spinach dip

Dinner:
Steak (cut all the fat off)
Vegetables

Half a caramel fudge protein bar

1 chicken schnitzel

Ok I've been fluctuating with my diet, binging one day and eating healthy the next so thats why I havent been posting (no-one wants to read about how I ate 3 chocolate eggs today :cry: ) but tomorrow is a new day so I'll be eating healthy again and posting regularily. Skinny, here I come!
