Breakfast:
Sustain cereal with full-cream milk

Snack:
1 hot chocolate drink at the cafe

Lunch:
1 pork chop, 1 tbsp risotto, 1/2 potato and brown rice.

Snack:
1/4 cup of hot chocolate drink

Dinner:
Beef spaghetti (1/4 my normal size)

Snack:
2 oranges

Drank 2 litres of water, took 1 fish oil tablet.
