Easter Monday
Bacon and egg muffin, hash brown, a little bit of coffee

Seafood fried rice with a bit of thai curry chicken (bigger serving that I would like but I was hungry :oops: )
Straight after eating, still hungry, maybe because it is white rice and no vegie... Resist to eat any further...

1 orange, some oporto potato chips

Some steamed mixed vegatable

Drank 1 litre of water, 0.5 litre of green tea, 0.5 litre of soy milk
Bad pain on right hand side shoulder, hand and foot. Had many showers to relief the pain...
