ok today tuesaday the 25th I had

just right cerial for breakfast

half a foccacia with ham tomato and cheese and an apple and then had a hot cross bun

for a snack had some left ove chocolate from easter (only a little bit)

not sure what i having for dinner yet

wednesday I had

Breky: Just right

snacks: vita wheets

lunch: salad sandwhich and a Banana

snacks: Vita wheats, yoghurt and an apple

Dinner: pasta with, tuna, cheese and chopped up tomato, with milk as the sause (kind of an experimental thing)


Does anyone have any advice they can give me about my diet???

Brekky: a shake (250ml)

Morning tea: half a shake (125ml) and an apple

Lunch: shake, tin of tuna and a banana

Arvo tea: half a shake and a mandrine

late arvo tea: 12 almonds

Dinner: two eggs on 2 pieces of wholemeal toast (no butter) with ham and cheese

the day before I had

Brekky: shake and a piece of friut 280 calories

lunch: shake and tin of tuna 287 calories

snack banana 80 calories

dinner: 3 slices or a cole brand pizza and steemed vegies (each slice was 149 calories and vegies were 80 calories) 527 calories

total calories: 1174 calories

Yesterday I had

Brekky: Shake and fruite 280 calories

Lunch: shake and 2 pieces of fruite 360 calories

Snack: tin of tuna 87 calories

Dinner: a big mack 480 calories

total calories: 1207 calories

today I had:

Brekky: shake and fruit 280 calories

Lunch: shake and steemed vegies 280 calories

Snack: banana 80 calories

Dinner: spagetti bol not sure of the calories (roughly 650 calories)

total calories without spagetti: 640 calories
with spagetti: 1290 calories

if anyone knows how much spagetti is tell me, I only have a small amount anyways

today was same as yesterday so all up it was 1290 calories

last night I also had some toast with butter and vegiemite wich was an extra 195 calories so that brings up yesterdays total to 1485 calories which is still ok

so today I have had:

Brekky: shake and banana 280 calories

lunch: shake and vegies 280 calories

snack: banana 80 calories

Dinner unsure at this stage but so far the calories are 640 calories
