Breakfast:
1 slice of soy-linseed toast with magarine

Snack:
1 hot chocolate drink

Lunch:
1 tblspn thai curry chicken, a lot of green beans, mixed vegie and brown rice

Dinner:
1/2 cup of hot chocolate drink
1 boiled egg and 1 slice of soy-linseed toast
1 rice pudding dessert <= Irresistable ! :oops: :lol:
Drank 1 litre of water, 0.5 litre of green tea.
Not drinking enough fluid... Have to catch up. Need to drink more water and stay away from the rice pudding... :P
