Breakfast:
1/2 cup of hot chocolate drink, 1 scotch finger biscuit

Lunch:
1 tblspn thai curry chicken, a lot of green beans, mixed vegatables

Dinner:
1 boiled egg, 1 soy-linseed toast

Snack:
1 rice pudding

Drank 1.5 litres of water.

nearly forgot:
At about 7.30pm Also 1 pork chop, some canned salmon and a bit of brown rice.
