Breakfast:
1/2 cup hot chocolate + 1 scotch finger

Snack:
1 hot chocolate

Lunch:
Drumstick, green beans, brown rice.

Snack:
1 boiled egg + 1 soy linseed toast

Dinner:
Lamb spaghetti (30% less than my normal happy size but still bigger than I would prefer but it looked and smelt too nice ! :lol: :oops: )

Drank 2 litres of water. Feeling a bit down, thinking too much unnecessarily.
