Ok, catch up from the last few days

Thursday
2 weetbix with strawberries and banana
grapes
2 slices rye toast with vegemite
3 corn thins, dried fruit and nuts
spaghetti

Friday
muesli with strawberries and banana
grapes
rice salad, 1 slice rye toast
dried fruit and nuts
blue eye trevalla and vegies wrapped in filo pastry served with spinach and pine nuts. YUMMO - best $25 fish meal I ever had and not that bad for you either!

Saturday
muesli with strawberries and banana
lentil shepherd pie with chutney
piece of banana cake :oops:, sultanas and some crackers with low fat fetta
vegie soup
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Breakfast
apple
banana

Lunch
1 round of peanut paste
1 glass of orange juice

Dinner
bbq - salad, steak, a snagger and a mini bun
