Tony Ferguson English Toffee diet shake

Lunch
A french vanilla diet shake

Snack
2 apples

Dinner
Roast beef
½ a roast potato
peas, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower

and 8 x 8oz drinks of water Image

muesli

Lunch
vegie soup with 2 slices wholemeal toast

Snack
I bought a 1 scoop Wendy's 99% fat free, no cane sugar sorbet, but only had 1/2 of it when I got sick of it. A waste, but I didn't want any more of it.
Also some crackers with reduced fat fetta

Dinner
Baked and steamed vegies.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
