I'm off to buy the sachets and join up in about an hour! I'll let you and Hayley D know how I'm feeling tomorrow, once I've started. Hopefully the headaches won't be too bad but I bet I'll have major mood swings hee hee! We'll see, maybe I'll be lucky and miss out on those side effects of the first few days.

I think you'll get through the withdrawal headaches okay, if you even get them.

chocolate diet shake

cup of caffine free coffee

Breakfast
3 vita brits with strawberries and banana

Snack
grapes

Lunch
4 corn thins and 2 slices of toast with leftover pasta sauce

Snack
dried fruit and nuts

dinner
vege soup and 2 slices toast, a piece of 85% cocoa chocolate
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
