Breakfast
muesli with strawberries

Lunch
3 pieces bread with promite and honey, some crackers with fetta, and a tiny bit of muesli.

Snack
2 pieces 85% cocoa chocolate

Dinner
rice and tuna patties with salad.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
